A social enterprise which was created in 2007 by 100 women wearing pink shoes at the House of Lords has been launched in the North West at the Panoramic restaurant in Liverpool.

The Pink Shoe Club which was established by Helene Martin Gee, aims to bring women from all different backgrounds and professions together to support other women,network and shared ideas.

Helping bring the event to the region was one of the founders and local entrepreneur Una McBride, who is the North West chairman. Patrons of the social enterprise include Theresa May and Olympian Tessa Sanderson.
